FAQ’s

The 200-hour teacher Training is the entry level for all students wanting to complete a Yoga Teacher Training. The 300 -hour Training is designed for those who have completed a 200 TT, and want to advance their studies. Completing both gives you a 500-hour Training. All of our trainings are recognized by the Yoga Alliance.

A minimum of 1.5 yrs of a consistent yoga practice (minimum 3-5 days per week.)

200 HR from SmartFLOW
OR 200 HR from another studio. If that is the case, please complete the Heart of SmartFLOW Online Courses (to learn the foundation of SmartFLOW Yoga)

If you received your RYS 200-hour TT certificate from a school other than SmartFLOW Yoga, please begin with our Online Training, The Heart of SmartFLOW Yoga. These 3 short modules will give you the foundational key concepts of SmartFlow Yoga, and give you 30 hours towards your 300.
Completing your 200-hour with SmartFLOW (or another RYS 200) along with our 300-hour Advanced Training, will make you eligible to register as an RYT 500.

Not just yet. You have received your training under the SmartFLOW school, so your style of teaching will mirror that. Once you have completed your 300-hour of SmartFLOW teacher training, you can then apply to become a certified SmartFLOW teacher.

Yes, we are a Yoga Alliance Registered School at the 200 and 300 hour level. Once you receive our certificate of completion, you can submit your SmartFLOW Yoga certificate to Yoga Alliance for registration. Completing your 200-hour with SmartFLOW (or another RYS 200) along with our 300-hr Advanced Training, will make you eligible to register as an RYT 500.
